Brad believes a house is a story to be told. Whether it starts with a new canvas and vacant land to determine the best way to create the dream or whether it’s an older home that needs reimagined to give it new life, Brad’s vision, passion, and experience helps clients see how to write their own story.

Brad has worked in construction for over 20 years. He began his career as a Project Manager in commercial construction following a Master’s program in Construction Management at the University of Washinton. However, Brad was drawn to the collaborative, creative nature of high-end residential building after building his own house, and spent the majority of his career in high-end residential custom construction on the east-side of Seattle. After he and his family decided to relocate to Park City in 2019 for the Park City lifestyle, he formed Alpine Design Build and has continued to build long-standing relationships with clients through his commitment to client service and the value he brings to all projects.
